This event has a flat, fast course that passes all of the city’s most breathtaking scenery and iconic landmarks including Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, Civic Centre and stunning Cardiff Bay.
We want to give you the best possible experience – so you have a run to remember whilst helping to raise funds for vital brain research to help people living with neurological conditions live better, longer.

Own place runners are more than welcome on our team, and receive exactly the same support as runners that have a Charity Place. Please note that filling in an application form doesn’t guarantee you a place in this event, as Brain Research UK has a limited number of places in the Cardiff Half Marathon. We will consider a range of factors when allocating our places: personal reasons for taking part, fundraising targets and plans, as well as the order that applicants have applied in.
