How to get a place in the Marathon
Through the organiser’s Public Ballot
The official 2024 TCS London Marathon ballot closes on Friday 28th April 2023; with results announced later in the year https://www.tcslondonmarathon.com/enter/how-to-enter/ballot-entry
If you are successful in the Public Ballot, you can join our team straight away, running on your own place. If unsuccessful in the ballot, you can apply for a charity place, see below.
Apply for a Brain Research UK charity place
We have charity places in the 2024 TCS London Marathon. To apply, please complete our application form early so we know you are interested!
If you've applied through the Public Ballot, you don't need to wait until you know the outcome, the sooner you get in touch, the better!
We will consider a range of factors when allocating our places, including personal reasons for taking part, fundraising targets and the date that you applied.
