From the 17th to the 19th of July 2026, take on the National 3 Peaks Challenge for Brain Research UK: Are you ready to push yourself to the limit while making a real difference? The National 3 Peaks Challenge is one of the UK’s most iconic endurance events – and we want you on our team!
Over 24 unforgettable hours, you’ll climb the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis, 1,345m), England (Scafell Pike, 978m) and Wales (Snowdon, 1,085m). That’s a total of 23 miles on foot, 10,052 feet of ascent, and around 450 miles of driving between peaks. You’ll hike through the night, dig deep, and discover just how much you’re capable of – all while raising vital funds for research into brain conditions.
This is a challenge that will test your strength, stamina, and spirit – but the sense of achievement when you conquer that final summit is simply unbeatable.
