The Generali Prague Half Marathon is an unforgettable race for more reasons than one. Stunning scenery awaits you at every twist and turn of the course, including the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, the National Theatre, Vyšehrad Castle and the Rudolfinum Concert Hall.

The Generali Prague Half Marathon was set up with one simple goal in mind - inspire the people of the Czech Republic to get active and become healthier and happier. Now almost 25 years later it has become one of Europe's most popular half marathons.

The race takes place in a looped course of Prague with breathtaking views of Prague Castle along the way. Runners and spectators are treated to a party atmosphere, which keeps people from all over the world coming back year after year.

Why run for us?

We want to give you the best possible experience – so you have a run to remember whilst helping to raise funds for vital brain research to help people living with neurological conditions live better, longer.

We support our amazing team of runners with:

  • Fundraising support from our dedicated team of fundraisers
  • Regular emails to keep you motivated and informed
  • A specially commissioned Brain Research UK running vest

Have your own place in the event?

If you are successful in the public ballot, you can still run for #TeamBrainResearchUK! Own place runners are more than welcome on our team, and receive exactly the same support as runners that have a Charity Place. You can find more information on the public ballot on the Prague Half Marathon website.
