Important and useful details

Clothing

We would love to see you in your Brain Research UK running vests so please bring them along. With the event in February the weather is never 100% predictable so please bring suitable clothes for rain or sun (it is a great opportunity to test out what running gear you’re comfortable wearing too).

Changing

The HQ has changing facilities.

Bags

There will be a member of the team at the HQ to look after bags if you’d like to leave them there whilst on the run. Please note though any items left are done so at your own risk.

Snacks

The HQ has tea and coffee facilities you may want to buy. This is a great chance to test out any gels you may want to use and get your hydration plan in place so please remember to bring water.

Toilets

There will be toilets at the HQ for our use.

First Aid

Whilst a basic first aid kit will be on site, we will not have a dedicated medical person on site for the event.

Photography

Photos will be taken throughout the day for use in social media. If you’d prefer not to be in any photos please let me know.

In the meantime...
